The heavy Herringbone fabric on this blanket is only one feature that makes it exceptional. The shoulder gusset is high and forward on the shoulder allowing greater freedom of movement without rubbing. The notched leg design allows even more leg movement without restriction, and this creates a partially belly band that provides more protection and warmth. With the cozy, warm fill and an optional hood a horse would be snug and comfortable on even the coldest of nights.
